"The way Lisa sold my house

Tue: I sent email to realtors including Lisa, and she replied to me in 15 minutes.

Wed: At 10am Lisa visited to my house with full of market reports of neighborhood and great confidence on the fantastic price. We hired her, and my house was listed on Website in the afternoon. The open house date was set on the weekend in next week.

Thur.,Fri.,Sat.: The house had a number of visits of serious buyer groups.

Sun: Lisa called me in afternoon and told me that we should be ready for offers. At 6pm she brought two offers, and we made counter- offers, as her recommendation. At 8pm, we (in the photo) got a final deal with the price we listed.

Conclusion: She sold the house a week before the open house, saving our utility fee as well as home insurance. Lisa kept to inform us what's going on, and took care of the closing, too."
